British Italian Motorcycles has been in business since 1986 and was formed from British Motorcycles (1948) who were the Western Canada distributor for Triumph and Norton motorcycles until 1976. From 1986 until 2000 our business consisted of parts, service and sales of classic British Triumph, Norton and BSA. In 2001 we became a Triumph dealer which was an excellent fit as the new Bonneville was unveiled that year.

We moved into our new building at 1764 Powell Street in January 2005 from across the street. We are located just east of the Commercial Street shopping district and are close to downtown Vancouver with easy access to the #1 Hwy. We pride ourselves on our top notch service and parts departments. Paul and Nikola are well known technicians in Vancouver. We repair problems that other shops cannot. We have a well stocked parts dept for Triumph from 1965 to 2009. Mike, our sales manager, has won every Top Gun sales award that Triumph has offered since 2002. Our clothing and accessory manager, Frank, has transformed his department into one of the most well stocked of any Triumph dealership. Our shop has become a center for motorcycle clothing and accessories under his management.

Charlie, the owner, has been in motorcycle retail for 33 years and started as a mechanic and that is why we are strong on service.
Our Rat Pack has several organized rides per year taking our customers through some of the most beautiful countryside in Canada.
